Bio

Nate Sadler is taking a step back in his involvement with the baseball program in 2024-25 and 2025-26 but still volunteers to assist the program when he is able. He was a full time assistant in 2023-24. He is no stranger to Triton Field, and is an alum of the program, playing at Edmonds in 2008 as an infielder. Sadler was a member of the 2008 NWAC Championship team under Brad Ditter. Prior to arriving at Edmonds he prepped at Lake Washington High School, graduating in 2007 and was an All-KingCo infield selection. After Edmonds he moved on to play at Central Washington University where he received his Bachelor's in Physical Education and School Health. He later earned his Master's in Secondary Education from Grand Canyon University.

For the past three years Sadler has been the Director of the Washington Awards Baseball Director as well as President and the 18U Showcase Head Coach. Since 2012 he has served as Head Coach for the Kirkland Merchants and Washington Awards Baseball. From 2008-2012 he was the Head Baseball Coach at Junaita High School and was the Head Baseball coach for Juanita Baseball Club.

Sadler is a former physcial education adjunt faculty at Edmonds College, teaching strength and conditioning classes. He is also a hitting and infield instructor for the Mariners Training Center as well as a F45 Fitness Coach.
