A legend of the Edmonds College Athletic Department, Ron Omori returns to the dugout for his 28th year overall in 2025-26. Omori has been part of five NWAC Championships at Edmonds (1998, 2002, 2003, 2008, 2014) and 10 North Region titles. He's served in various roles and capacites and his longevity is unique and treasured. Omori was the first individual inducted into the Triton Baseball Hall of Fame in 2013. At the conclusion of the 2016-17 Edmonds College Athletics started the annual Assistant Coach of the Year Award in his name. Omori serves as a special assistant to head coach Brooks Roy. He has a huge hand in the team's offseason fundraising efforts and links the programs' past to its present. Omori played men's fastpitch at the highest levels after his professional baseball career ended and he was a Division I basketball official for decades.
