Placencio-Zapata named to 2nd Team All-Region
LYNNWOOD, WA -- Gabriel Placencio-Zapata was named 2nd Team All-Region for his performance at the NW Region meet that took place on Saturday, October 25. Placencio-Zapata came in eighth overall in the 8K with a time of 28:52.60.
The Edmonds College men's and women's cross country teams will compete at the NWAC Championship on Monday, November 10 in Spokane, WA. The men's 8K race starts at 11 a.m. followed by the women's 6K at 12 noon. This year's venue is a new location for the championship and will be held at The Course Spokane Valley (2520 N Flora Rd, Spokane Valley WA 99216).
