BREMERTON -- Another late surge came up short as Edmonds women's basketball fell to the Olympic Rangers in the season finale, 79-71.
Alexa Munoz hit the 20-point mark for the second consecutive game and ended the season on a high note. Kayanna Jackson was the top scorer with 21 points. Kiani Hoolulu was a trooper and logged all 40 minutes on the floor.
This year's team compiled a 12-14 record (7-7 in region) and battled all year long, even with a lower than desired roster number. Best of luck to the four sophomores who participated in their final game as Tritons: Alexa Munoz, Jenaly Gabriel, Kayanna Jackson, and Dreanna Jackson.
