Bio

Andrew Barlos returns to assist the Edmonds College volleyball program for his second season in 2025. He also works with the Northwest Juniors Volleyball Club and comes to Washington from Chicago. 

He played two years of men's basketball at Lake Forest College and began his volleyball coaching career as a student coach and later assistant for the women's volleyball team and served in that role from 2012-14. His high school coaching experience was at Walter Payton College Prep from 2015-17 and also worked as a head coach for the Illinois Juniors Volleyball Club from 2012-2018, which included girls national teams at the 14U, 15U and 16U levels.

As a player he played boys varsity volleyball (3-year all-region and team captain) and boys varsity basketball (2-year all-region and team captain) at Oak Lawn Community School, and was also a captain for the Chicago Volleyball Club and Ultimate Volleyball Club.
